Hi, I’m Amy Sams, a health coach who knows firsthand what it's like to live with autoimmune, mystery, and chronic illnesses.  For years, I struggled with debilitating symptoms that left me feeling exhausted, in pain and frustrated with my body.

At first, I didn't know what was causing my symptoms. I visited countless doctors and tried every medication and treatment option available, but nothing seemed to help.  I was left feeling helpless, with no idea how to improve my health and regain control of my life.
